new outlook is complete garbage
Outlook sort by name, but can't jump to name

I just tried the NEW outlook.
I can sort by names A-Z, but then I have to scroll to find the person.
The old outlook, I could just type the first letter and it would jump to that name.
Is there a setting in the new outlook that allows you to jump to the letter when typed?

2024-01-30T14:27:42+00:00 The removal of this feature makes me think that people at Microsoft do not use their product. You cannot tell me they have not sorted by name then started typing the name to find all emails from that person. This is used by literally everyone who uses Outlook daily. This should have been discovered before releasing the "new" outlook. The fact this has been posted so long ago and not corrected is annoying.
