Reply with attachment included

Hi, is there a function in the outlook to "reply" to the message with attachment included? Not asking about copy paste, or drag in or forward. Simple reply with attachment.

    It's amazing how many people request this over the many years, and people still think Microsoft cares about their customers.

    Not only have they either not addressed it or said it couldn't be done, you see several work-arounds that private individuals have taken upon themselves to fix the problem. So not only can it be done, it can be done by a 3rd party.

    I can't imagine a bigger middle finger from Microsoft.

    "What, you want basic feature improvements? Sorry, best I can do is mess up your calendar."

    MVP. Thank you. This macro works exactly as expected!

    Additional note: depending on the organization's macro settings, you may run into an issue that does not actually allow you to run this macro.

    1. To get it working, first check your settings to make sure macros are even allowed:

    File > Options > Trust Center > Macro Settings

    If "Notifications for digitally signed macros, all other macros disabled" is allowed, then proceed. (It's not recommended to enable all macros — so we will certify our own macro in the next steps and that will work with the default setting)

    1. Launch "SELFCERT.EXE" located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 ; your file location might defer depending on your Office installation, this is where I found mine.
    2. Name your certificate, then hit OK
    3. Re-open Visual Basic from Outlook (Alt + F11) and select your Module (that Kristupas Petrauskas shared), go to Tools > Digital Signature which pops up a dialog box. Click "Choose" and the certificate you just created should appear by default (if not it will be in C:\Windows\Prefetch)
    4. Save your module (Ctrl + S) and quit Visual Basic (Alt + Q)

    That should do the trick!

    The final step is to create an easily accessible button for this macro.

    1. File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar
    2. Click "Choose commands from" drop-down and select "Macros", then click your newly added macro and hit "Add" then OK.
    3. Now you should see a button appear for your newly created, self-certified "ReplyAllWithAttachments" macro.

    Hi, since I have posted this questions, there were many feedbacks/answers and one of them was very useful which I will repost. There is Free add inn App for Microsoft outlook named "Reply with Attachment" which is basically solution to my question. I am using it and is working very well.
