After researching how to get it back to how it looked, which was much more in my taste, much easier to navigate, had what I needed and nothing more, - I now see I can't get it back after it was updated. I think i'm gonna completely disgard of this email, I liked how it looked on PC, it was dark, fast, easy to find things, now it's very complicated with a lot of options and tools i have no use for, and it's bright, with small buttons everywhere. The browser version is alright, so that is what I will be using. I will uninstall outlook completely as a program from my PC, as I do not wish to have this update, and it's more trouble and much more confusing and irritating, than helping and good. It will complicate work and how easy it was before, but that's just how it is, when updates are being forced upon people. It's a typical thing of big coperations to do this, so it dosen't surprise me, that some people who think they know it all, make something new, to shove down the users throat, instead of being able to choose ourselves.

I had so many issues with the NEW Outlook, the biggest issue being the total loss of ALL contacts and no way to add them. Also there is no junk mail filter or as far as I can see any filters our automation. I have uninstalled the New Outlook and gone back to the old Outlook that has its own issues. I have been using Thunderbird and I think that is the best. I tried contacting support, and it sends you to some stupid AI questions totally unrelated to the actual issues. It is now uninstalled.

its absolute Garbage thank you microsoft for killing my outlook classic who ever designs things just needs to leave alone something that works like all the rubbish icons you keep adding "copy" "paste" works you dont need a new hard to read icon that looks the same as every other millenial designed icon bloody morons had to use the office 2021 version now

Waste of time though it is, I have to add my opinion to this. I had to reinstall Office 365 on my PC, so had no option than to get stuck with 'New Outlook'. As I started using it, I assumed that access to old features such as copying and pasting attachments, and a scrolling calendar had just migrated elsewhere and I needed to find them. But then I find they no longer exist. The now so-called 'classic' Outlook was OK, did some things badly, most things well. New Outlook does a few things adequately, most things badly. Forgive me, I'm not in the software industry - I'm in a sector where we try to make what we produce better over the years - so it's hard for me to understand why you'd apparently shoot yourselves in the foot. I'm sure there's a reason, but what exactly is supposed to be the upside? I purchase Office 365 for my company so expect a professional mail app, etc. Am I supposed to be grateful you've made it 'prettier'? As more people in my workplace get stuck with this clunker, though we've never been tempted before, I'll be surprised if we don't start looking elsewhere for a business suite.
