After researching how to get it back to how it looked, which was much more in my taste, much easier to navigate, had what I needed and nothing more, - I now see I can't get it back after it was updated.
I think i'm gonna completely disgard of this email, I liked how it looked on PC, it was dark, fast, easy to find things, now it's very complicated with a lot of options and tools i have no use for, and it's bright, with small buttons everywhere.
It's a typical thing of big coperations to do this, so it dosen't surprise me, that some people who think they know it all, make something new, to shove down the users throat, instead of being able to choose ourselves.

I can't even stay signed in -- I literally have to sign in every few minutes. Then when I try to send a new email, I get an "access denied" message. I switched back to old outlook and I'm hoping I'm able to continue using it.
Glad to see I'm not the only one - a total nightmare. I can't import contacts, I can't copy addresses to contact list, emails to group lists don't go, where is send/receive.... it just goes on.
I've tried so hard to like New Outlook because of the primse that it will offer a common experience across different platforms. However, aside from being able to send timed emails withouth Windows Outlook client running, I struggle to find anything better about it. But I have no trouble finding thing that are worse. Top the tree, is that it doesn't work offline! What use is an email client on a laptop, if it doesn't work offline? How is that any better than Outlook on the web?
Given that New Outlook has been under development for so long, and it is still missing absolutely fundamental functionality, I have to wonder if Microsoft has backed the wrong horse. And, at some point, they might drag it to the Recycle Bin and start again with native apps.
the "New" Outlook is simply a scam.
It looks and works like the web version of outlook, much less features and option, much bigger buttons to meet the dumbness of some users.
Ok, I get it. For Home users. Maybe.
For business? Oh hell no!
If you give me a webapp-like version instead of the Desktop one I purchased (see difference in price between 365 Business Basic -> web apps and Business Premium -> Desktop Apps), then I want my money back!
It's like back in the day, when they released Windows ME, and all professional users went mad because it was all graphics and no functionality.

I agree the old one worked, we get adverts rammed down our throught now we getting snagging messages to upgrade it
NO its horrible a option to make the txt size bigger plus I'm on multiple monitors and the option for apps to remember what screen it opened on does not work
So it opens on my monitor one and not two even if I drag it over it opens on my main
