After researching how to get it back to how it looked, which was much more in my taste, much easier to navigate, had what I needed and nothing more, - I now see I can't get it back after it was updated. I think i'm gonna completely disgard of this email, I liked how it looked on PC, it was dark, fast, easy to find things, now it's very complicated with a lot of options and tools i have no use for, and it's bright, with small buttons everywhere. The browser version is alright, so that is what I will be using. I will uninstall outlook completely as a program from my PC, as I do not wish to have this update, and it's more trouble and much more confusing and irritating, than helping and good. It will complicate work and how easy it was before, but that's just how it is, when updates are being forced upon people. It's a typical thing of big coperations to do this, so it dosen't surprise me, that some people who think they know it all, make something new, to shove down the users throat, instead of being able to choose ourselves.

Microsoft must have a Google insider who designed this new Outlook - it is designed perfectly to make Outlook so unusable that customers will have no option but to switch!

Everything is in a new place, Settings and signatures gone, need to learn how to use it when I was sailing along before. Lame. Something that used to be a click or two is now 5. Can't schedule appts. Zoom etc gone. Can't stand the changes.

"Terrible" was a little lighter than my thoughts, but yes this is a horrible re-arrangement of everything and breaking of things we used. The web version was never on par with the app and this is just that mediocre web version in a window. MS: Did you think that my life as an IT professional needed more complaining users?

I agree its terrible I was going to try to learn it but having different drop down menus for every single account that I have linked is terrible instead of just having one button on the side per account. I was going to deal with it until I saw that when you send an email it opens a new window, and when you switch what account your emailing from it opens a whole new window as well. They have also made it very compact and confusing.

Absolutely horrendous. Most of the useful functionality has gone and plagued with bugs as well. If our company were to ship "upgrades" this bad to our customers, we would be out of business in no time.
