After researching how to get it back to how it looked, which was much more in my taste, much easier to navigate, had what I needed and nothing more, - I now see I can't get it back after it was updated. I think i'm gonna completely disgard of this email, I liked how it looked on PC, it was dark, fast, easy to find things, now it's very complicated with a lot of options and tools i have no use for, and it's bright, with small buttons everywhere. The browser version is alright, so that is what I will be using. I will uninstall outlook completely as a program from my PC, as I do not wish to have this update, and it's more trouble and much more confusing and irritating, than helping and good. It will complicate work and how easy it was before, but that's just how it is, when updates are being forced upon people. It's a typical thing of big coperations to do this, so it dosen't surprise me, that some people who think they know it all, make something new, to shove down the users throat, instead of being able to choose ourselves.

The new look and feel is so bad and seems to eliminate all of the powerful tools within the current desktop application. It seems like Microsoft is headed towards a one size fits all solutions between desktop and web, so making the desktop version look and feel exactly like the web version. The web version is okay for basic email functionality, but that's about it. Productivity will greatly suffer if this version is forced upon all of us who use outlook daily.

The most important issue I have with new Outlook is that missing notes integration. I have lots of notes, use them everyday, need to copy/update/etc. Forcing notes in browser is very bad idea, cannot be even copied / modified correctly.

Why, why, why try to reinvent the wheel and come up with a dodecahedron? The new Outlook is awful but they do it time and time again. Are they bored at Microsoft, nothing to do but mess up something that already works

Absolutely horrible. No file menu. Advanced options Gone. Question. Does Microsoft actually have "real" users test this ****? I think not. Notifications for meetings do not work any longer. Keep trying Microsoft
