Hyper links wont open and I get the error message.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    According to your description and error message "Something unexpected went wrong with this url", I understand that when you click on hyperlinks, it will go to web browser, if I am correct, before moving forward, I need to know below information to narrow down the situation.

    1. May I please know what browser you have setup as default?
    2. Also, I would like to know if you are changing default browser in Windows OS settings, are you getting any difference?

    Note: in this provided article, the settings options will be little different under Windows 10 / 11.

    I am using chrome and I changed default browser to chrome.

    were you able to fix yours? I am having the same issue.

    I have reinstalled Outlook (O365 apps) and using Chrome and change default browser to Chrome.

    Having same issue started this morning. Not sure if it's regarding a recent update for Windows or 365 that might have caused the problem.

    Tried a few options but WebDav hyperlinks that are created in an email are not accessible by the person receiving the email.

    Currently our sharepoint drives are setup using a WebDav sctipt that maps them as network drives.

    Seeing it here as well. It's not web URLs that are the issue, it's file path URLs.
