Outlook error "Something unexpected went wrong with this url"

Hyper links wont open and I get the error message.

    Hi,

    I want to add ip addresses to the trusted sites.

    I added file:///\192.x.x.x and even unchecked the Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone.

    Unfortunately the issue is still there and the link can not be opened. Any advice?

    Here is the Known Issue article, Outlook blocks opening FQDN and IP address hyperlinks after installing protections for Microsoft Outlook Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability released July 11, 2023 - Microsoft Support. If you add the sites to Trusted Sites it should enable you to open the links. The reg key Jorge shared stops the confirmation prompt dialog below.
