Outlook error "Something unexpected went wrong with this url"

Hyper links wont open and I get the error message.

    We went with this solution, although slightly modified.

    We put in a GPO to have the file server's FQDN in those settings. However, instead of putting it in Trusted sites, we put it in Local Intranet.

    This works as well.

    This has seemingly fixed, or at least worked around the issue for us.

    In our organization we face same problem but it is only with Home and Business Office. With Standard everything is OK.

    Any update on this.

    I have multiple users who have started experiencing the exact same problem.

    I have tried some fixes i came across through research like changing the default browser, changing default programs(.html & .htm), I have reset users IE settings, but not of these fixed the problem.

    Hi
    On my client also same hyperlink is not opening in outlook with (attached error) in and as you mentioned KB5002427 is not installed on machine.

    So looking for its Solution ?
