In user policy, you must add the domain (\example.example.int)
The hyperlink warning must be turned off in the Registry

Jorge added the solution to the dialog you are seeing in the main article, Outlook blocks opening FQDN and IP address hyperlinks after installing protections for Microsoft Outlook Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability released July 11, 2023 - Microsoft Support. Try this reg key from the article and see if it helps:

When you open links in emails in Outlook Desktop where the path is to either FQDN or IP address or hostname path you will see this dialog. This is also expected. 

If you need to disable this dialog, follow the instructions in the article Enable or disable hyperlink warning messages in Office programs.
