Our users are unable to use the Outlook To Do app in the Outlook desktop client.

It gives the error "There was a problem connecting to this app". Just doing a quick Google search it looks like a widespread problem. I have a ticket open with MS but no answers yet.

It does work in the Outlook online app.

    Cloud only, AD synced or hybrid mailbox?

    What permissions do you have on your PC?

    I've just noticed that when I switch to my admin account it works fine too, but I can't explain why.
