Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.
Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.
Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.
Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.
This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

After I open and read and answer all emails, I can no longer find them
outlook /clearviews solved our problem. However it did reoccur, so I made a shortcut with the /clearviews option.
Another more drastiq approach was creating a new OST file.
