Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.

Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.

Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.

Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.

This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

I am having the same problem which started two days ago (7/13/24). I have found that if I click on another folder (eg. Trash, or Drafts) and then click back on Inbox, the emails appear.

I had the same issue after being hacked.

Turns out it was a really simple fix and all I had to do was go to filter and sort by date.

Other solutions may be to check the rules or blocked senders list in settings.
