Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.

Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.

Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.

Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.

This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

    Hi Normal,

The solution that I provided is for Outlook web. It worked on my Firefox browser.

Prior to solving the issue, I experienced it on all my web browsers, including Chrome, Brave, MS Edge and Firefox.

I then applied the solution to my Outlook account on Firefox browser and it was resolved on all other web browsers that I login to Outlook.

It also resolved the problem on the Outlook desktop app.

I cannot tell why it doesn't work for you. I hope Microsoft can help out. Thanks.

    Kind regards.

Often, my 2017 emails appear in my inbox, current ones no where to be seen. How to fix this problem is a dilemma.

Is Windows 11 a step backwards??

    I have come across this.

Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and see if any rule regarding your inbox was added.
