Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.

Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.

Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.

Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.

This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. My problem could not be resolved because my husband had completely deleted my account. My emails were no longer on the server so no longer existing!

I'm not sure if this is your problem, but I just resolved somewhat of the same problem. I could not see my emails in my inbox. I found that some how I must of switched my view from what it was, (IMAP)to Hide message. I went to view, change view and switched it back to IMAP, and my emails were viewable. This is the **** that happens when you try and delete old emails,, Best of luck...
