Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.
Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.
Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.
Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.
This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

Doesn't help. For Microsoft Office 365, the Outlook app on Mac OSX has the following menu at the top inside Inbox:
There's no "All". Changing this to any of these settings is useless. Same issue.
Emails are found by SEARCHing, but cannot be seen in the inbox.
Is Microsoft listening?
I was having this problem, but thank God Almighty, who made me check the filters.
I realise the sort at the bottom was set to sort by From instead of Date.
Selecting sort by Date resolved the issue, and all current emails that were not showing became visible a moment ago.
Please tick also sort by Newest on top if it's not already selected. I have provided an image below with instructions to make it easy to resolve the issue.
I did this hoping that it would help someone who is experiencing the same problem. It might not work for everyone, but trying doesn't hurt.
