Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.

Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.

Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.

Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.

This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

In my case, I found the solution under Settings/Rules. There was a rule forwarding all of my mail to the archive folder. I just unchecked that and problem solved. I hope this can help at least some of you.

Well, it worked here, i.e. Exchange on-prem, mails are shown on mobile devices and OWA, not in OL. Cause: If the message is part of a conversation (multiple mails on the same topic), you have two options: The one I mentioned above or just expand the root mail of that topic, and you will see all mails.

The reason you can see the mails in OWA and other mobile devices is that they don't have this conversation feature.

Hi, I was able to resolve this issue, simply uncheck the "Show as conversation" box in the View Settings panel.

    Cheers.

That does not the issued resolved.
