Outlook inbox not displaying all emails received.

Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.

Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.

Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.

Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.

This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

    Hello, I have tried everything and need help ASAP. I believe this issue started this July 10/11 2024.

    1. the account type is gmail..com
    2. my inbox unfiltered will not show any emails in my imbox or the search bar

    Thank you for taking the time to respond. My problem could not be resolved because my husband had completely deleted my account. My emails were no longer on the server so no longer existing!

    cant see any settings even with these options in the NEW outlook email app on desktop.
