Outlook 365 Calendar view shows 12am regardless that Work Week of 8am-5pm is set up.

This only started in the past week.

Would it matter if any meetings are scheduled prior to 8am?

Or if a meeting is a recurring all day meeting?

This happens on my boss's calendar that I manage, not on mine if that helps.

    When I create a meeting in Outlook, the date is proposed as same day and time 8am with duration 30 minutes as saved in my option settings (left screen)

    But when I open the new meeting from same outlook settings but with "Teams add on", the start date is same day and time 12am and end date is next day with time 12am. (right side screen)

    How can it be resolved to propose per my outlook setting.

    Hello,

    Has Microsoft come up with a reason as to why the calendar view is no longer staying with the 'Work Time' hours?

    Or a way to fix this?

    I asked our Tech dept and there does not seem to be an issue on our end.

    Every time I open my boss's calendar it shows at 12am.

    Only when I have mine selected as well, does the calendar show at 8am.

    Please advise of a resolution Microsoft team.

    You may please try using the Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) tool that can diagnose the Outlook problems. Please download the tool and run the Support and Recovery Assistant on the affected computer troubleshoot the issue. See: About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant

    I am having the same issue. No settings changed and Outlook client on Windows 10 with office 365 up to date. This started on one laptop and now happens on other laptops as well. Opening the calendar used to open at the current time but now opens at midnight and you have to scroll down to get to the current time bar and related appointments.

    Recovery assistant doesn’t help to identify this issue and it is not a system setting that causes this.
