Outlook 365 Calendar view shows 12am regardless that Work Week of 8am-5pm is set up.

May I know which Outlook 365 desktop client version are you using please provide us with the detailed screenshot information about this, see About Office: What version of Office am I using?

I have checked on my side using latest Current Channel 2202 Build 14931.20132, can scroll up/down view shows 12 AM to 11 PM on Work Week which is work hours set to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on my calendar. However, the work hours color shade are different see screenshot below:

Moreover, please provide us with detailed screenshot about your issue for further analysis.

Yes, I see the same when I open the Outlook calendar, 12am, in gray and are able to scroll up/down. This was not my question.

My question, is my Work Week is set to 8am-5pm & when I open my boss’ calendar, it goes to 12am. When I open my calendar, it takes me to 8am as it should.

When I open my boss’s calendar, the view goes to 12am.  I then have to scroll down to 8am or wherever I need to be. This only changed in the past few weeks.

My thought was, if she has a meeting outside of the 8am-5pm window, would that change the Calendar view to 12am?

Although that might not be it, she has had meetings past 5pm, and the view was not disrupted….Very confusing.

I too am having the same issue which just started last week as well. Outlook previously did not automatically shift your calendar to start at 12 am when first opened/selected, which it apparently does now no matter which view is selected. While I can scroll down, it is just a bit annoying that something has changed, causing the need to do so.

I, too am having the same problem. I did add additional time zones, but I don't think that affected it. I have my work hours set to 8am - 5pm. I am using Microsoft 365 E.

Same problem with me. The behavior started late last week and wasn't the only strange thing. I also noticed my navigation bar (mail, calendar, contacts, tasks) had been moved to the left side of the screen from where I want it at the bottom.

So irritating that MS forces these updates that break things, then plays dumb with "Did you check your settings? You access it from the File menu...." Just come clean, tell us it's on your end, and you're fixing it.
