Outlook 365 Calendar view shows 12am regardless that Work Week of 8am-5pm is set up.

It's frustrating when Microsoft responds initially and then when nothing resolved the issue, they got MIA.

Definitely not a way for a tech magnet to manage expectations.

I agree fully. Some users in my Family don't have the issue. All running same versions of windows 10 Professional and Office 365. One day it just appeared. So we just keep scrolling to the correct time I guess. Or ditch Office 🙂

I think Microsoft gave up on us as they have no viable options as to what caused this or how to fix it.

We have the updated versions, made no changes, Work Day is set correctly....

Btw, for me, the school district I work, not everyone has the same problem.

So there is a bug or glitch somewhere, perhaps in individual settings/updates

Recovery assistant doesn’t help to identify this issue and it is not a system setting that causes this.

This only started in the past week.

Would it matter if any meetings are scheduled prior to 8am?

Or if a meeting is a recurring all day meeting?

This happens on my boss's calendar that I manage, not on mine if that helps.

I am having the same issue. No settings changed and Outlook client on Windows 10 with office 365 up to date. This started on one laptop and now happens on other laptops as well. Opening the calendar used to open at the current time but now opens at midnight and you have to scroll down to get to the current time bar and related appointments.
