Outlook 365 Calendar view shows 12am regardless that Work Week of 8am-5pm is set up.

Three years have passed, yet the problem persists – The previous work around "solutions" is not working for me. I am using the "New" Outlook but even if I go back it still doesn't work. Microsoft is falling short on their end...

It still stubbornly displays the entire 24-hours, from 00:00 to 23:00, without having the option of zooming in on the set working hours. Why would anyone need to see hours in the middle of the night where there are no scheduled events?

It's disheartening to realize that such a basic functionality remains flawed, especially in a tool as crucial as Outlook for managing schedules and appointments.

Microsoft, as a titan in the software industry, should be swift in addressing such persistent issues. Users shouldn't have to contend with unnecessary clutter in their calendars, particularly during crucial work hours.

It's high time for Microsoft to provide a definitive fix, ensuring that the calendar view zooms in on the set working hours by default.

Let's raise our voices and demand a solution. Our productivity should not be compromised by avoidable technical glitches.

Hi. Try adjusting the Time Scale under View at the top of the calendar. Changing it to 30 minutes instead of the default of 60 made my calendar the right size for me.

Changing to 4am start, sounds like you have the Work Time, Start time: configured wrong. Under Outlook Options, Calendar, Work Time. Check the start time you have set up.

I agree fully. Some users in my Family don't have the issue. All running same versions of windows 10 Professional and Office 365. One day it just appeared. So we just keep scrolling to the correct time I guess. Or ditch Office 🙂

As noted in my other reply as well as dtharris1974, we are running the current version.

Reverting to an earlier version does not address the issue, only offers a Band-aide.

Please advise how to address this issue.
