Outlook showing "from" field when replying to an email addressed or cc'd to me

Very recently, don't know the exact date, when replying to an email, addressed to me or I'm cc'd, Outlook shows the "from" field (with my email address, no other account).

I have one email account, I cannot find a solution to stop this from appearing, it doesn't impact anything, just it never used to show it, now it does.

It doesn't appear if I create a new email (wouldn't expect it to, as I only have one account), It also doesn't appear If I reply to an email that doesn't name me but am part of a mail group.

Anyone else have this "issue", a workaround or is there a fix?

    I am also experiencing the same issue on my Reply and Forward email with the From Field showing. Having googled to find a fix, I find that I am not the only one with this issue.

    While this is more annoying than anything, especially when nothing else seems to have changed recently, hoping a fix is identified soon. Waiting in hope.

    we still have this issue on version 2305. Does MS read this forum?

    Does anyone know if this ever got resolved? I didn't change anything in MS or Outlook either, and all of a sudden, every Reply email shows the "From" field. It's annoying to go to Options & turn it off every time. How is there not a simple solution to this?
