Group emails have stopped sending

I have had a hotmail account for years , 2 years ago I created a 2nd hotmail account to use for my choir. Within this I made a group so that I could email all 34 members in one go.

This has worked fine until Friday when they are sending and come back saying “the recipients email system isn’t accepting messages now. Please try resending your message later or contact the receipient direct” further down it shows Remote server returned 421 4.3.2 Service not available.

I have tried sending from the choir email and my own and it doesn’t work. I can send emails to individual members and get replies and if I put all members in individually it will send to all 34 at once .Have tried deleting group and making a new one and it still won’t go……any ideas please

User Impact: Users may be unable to send email to Outlook.com groups.

More info: Users that encounter this problem receive an error stating there was a delivery failure to the recipient.

Current status: We're reviewing available service telemetry and user-provided data to assess the cause of this problem and how we'll resolve it.

    I contacted Support. Level one ended up referring me to level two support. Level two immediately dismissed my issue saying maintenance is not supported on mobile devices. The infuriating part about this is I had made it clear it was platform and device independent. Level two didn’t even read the issue. The incompetence knows no bounds

    As it turns out when you contact Support through the app the people you are in contact with only deal with issues related to the app and they do not deal with any systemic issues related to mail. How stupid is that?

    Scott, I suspect Microsoft is leaving Groups and let it die instead of killing it. I have not found Groups in the Outlook app. My Groups in web version are shown but they dissapear in the app.
    Well. I am done with Outlook's groups so I am going to try the Groups of Contacts or the other solution, a plain text file to copy-paste contacts on my massive emails.

    Another option is to use Google groups : https://groups.google.com/ 

    I am now looking into migrating my Outlook groups to Google Groups.

    In my case, the company where I work is using all the Microsoft environment. I recently bought a Microsoft Surface tablet and gave my old but pretty decent Samsung Tab S4 to my daughter, but realized Windows is not comfortable to be used in tablets at all, and the only reason for me to change is hard to believe: in Excel I couldn't use the checkboxes that are in most of my company's form because they don't work in Excel mobile, they are not even compatible with Excel web! Microsoft need to take this seriously.
    BTW now I have outlook groups and contact groups (duplicated groups! Yeah! The nightmare of every IT guy) because if I delete outlook groups my past conversations and files would dissappear :-(
    To me, the problem with groups must be a corrupted database index, really easy to fix from Microsoft's side.
