How to stop outlook from opening a browser every time I create a meeting?

Every time I click on New Meeting it opens my browser and its very frustrating. How do you shut this functionality off?

2022-12-05T16:08:59+00:00 I recommend going into the service health section of the partner portal or admin portal if you have it and reporting an issue with Exchange and or outlook. This is what a technician from a support ticket that I had opened had recommended. Still talking with him as no concrete solution has come through yet.
