    Dear 01Julie,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community!According to my test result, create new meeting in Outlook won't open browser. Your scenario shouldn't be an expected behavior based on my experience. It maybe a client issue or it maybe caused by product and version, to further test and check this issue, may I know:1. For my test client is Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise 15330.20264, may I know your product and full version list? You can check this information in Outlook > File > Office Account: 2. The account you selected when creating New Meeting in Outlook is Microsoft 365 Business account, Microsoft personal account (Outlook.com), or third-party account? 3. In Mail pane, we can click "New Items" > "Meeting", in Calendar pane we can click "New Meeting", do both places have this issue?

Hi I was experiencing this issue with a client that I support. The client business has Outlook on the Web disabled for their users.

When they would create a meeting a webpage for

https://outlook.office.com/opx/**user_email_address**/roompanel/?hostApp=outlookdesktop&culture=en-US would attempt to open and because their account has Outlook on the Web disabled the page would get stuck and never resolve. They could still continue to make the meeting as normal So it wasnt exactly disrupting the ability to work besides a window that would pop up and get in the way.

I grabbed the build version of one of the 2 known users that were affected. (Build15629.20208 Click-to-run) Business standard

I tried troubleshooting with various methods first with the COM addons seeing as "roompanel" is related to teams I tried to disable that addon and all of them honestly with no success.

I tried opening the meeting from different places and it still would open a webpage after trying to enter any information.

I turned Outlook on the web back on and it would work fine without opening a webpage

I turned it back off and the webpage would come back

I ran Outlook in safemode and the page wouldnt appear.

After I ran Safe mode I tried to run Microsoft SARA to record what it might be doing and when it asked to reproduce the issue it wouldnt do it.

So I closed SARA and outlook and tried to recreate it again under normal circumstances and I could not seem to get it to come back, Which would be a Win if not for the fact that I have no idea what I did to make it stay away.

Hi, I have this happening to 3 users so far. We have OWA disabled for our employees. They are on the  latest version of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise 16.0.15726.20174 (Current Channel). It happens when they click on New meeting or an existing meeting on their calendar.

I tried enabling OWA and testing with 1 user. It will redirect over to https://login.microsoftonline.com once they put in their credentials, then MFA, then tries to load https://outlook.office.com/opx/ [email address] /roompanel/?hostApp=outlookdesktop&culture=en-US

Also looking for a fix for this issue.

I saw on another forum that this is a known bug with no current ETA on a fix. Is this true?
