I tried the below that Jack_FEC recommended,

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\108.0.1462.46\Installer

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\108.0.1462.46\Installer>setup.exe --uninstall --msedgewebview --system-level --verbose-logging --force-uninstall

but it would not recognize these commands, so I went to:

Control Panel/Programs and Features, did a search for Edge, then uninstalled WebView2 Runtime.

It seems to have eliminated the pop-up page that Jack_FEC was also experiencing.

Only problem is, when I restarted my laptop, the WebView2 Runtime was back again, and the pop-ups resumed.

I guess I have to uninstall it every day?

I'm having the exact same problem for myself.

Just reading an email (not even clicking on anything) can cause this to open and it's infuriating.

The link it's trying to open: https://outlook.office.com/opx/\*\*\* Email address is removed for privacy ***/activityfeed/?hostApp=outlookdesktop&culture=en-US.

What to do to fix it?????
