Hi,
Something went wrong [2400] error in outlook application. Web outlook is working fine.
Tried outlook repair, reinstallation, new profile creation and cleared password from device credential manager still issue persist. Seems like Microsoft issue. Screenshot attached
Please share any troubleshooting steps for permanent fix

I was having the same exact issue with Outlook this morning after an update from Microsoft. Emails where not working. Then I noticed the date and time was wrong in the task bar. I fixed that then restarted Outlook and it sync'd right up with my email and starting getting them again. hope this helps.
I cannot access my Outlook e-mails, can someone help me?

Hi,
I am receiving the same error code while trying to open outlook.
But the difference is, i am using outlook app on my laptop (not web) and if i click to my company mail inbox, outlook is working normal (still hotmail not works).
If i try to connect with hotmail account on web outlook, i can connect. (i can receive hotmail mails from mobile app).
I am using my personal laptop for business and IT stated that they can not support.

i have found my own solution from the below link. It is solved my problem with code 2400 error s well.
Same 2400 error when running Outlook. Began yesterday after installing updates and rebooting, An office update shows in control panel / programs. Account is an @outlook.com, retail office 2016. Been trying everything I've found online short of uninstalling, nothing working.
