The inbox now is currently only one line, small font and smaller. I would like to bring it to default. Please advise me.

Hi, I just had the same issue. I was able to fix it. Chose the compact view like suggested above. Then change the reading pane. To do this, View --> Layout-->reading pane-->right. This should fix it, and bring you back to the normal layout. Hope this helps!

Current View-->View Settings-->Other Settings...-->Ensure "Use compact layout in widths smaller than 125 characters" is checked.

This fix worked only when I changed the 125 value to 200.

So many comments to read from I don't know if this has been resolved for you or not, but this was annoying and mine automatically changed to what you're seeing also, with no answer on it..

In View Settings > Other Settings, in the Other Options section, UNTICK Use compact layout in widths smaller than x characters, and make sure Always use compact layout is selected.

For whatever Reason I can't upload a photo, so if you can't find it through what I've described, here's a link to a screenshot https://prnt.sc/mUtPYB5ILqbZ
