Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
Just upgraded to a mac mini - and this worked for me (tried all other solutions first with no luck). Thanks!

I recently downloaded the new Mac Ventura OS. Now my Outlook won't search email folders for the two weeks since I downloaded the OS. I deleted all the Office 365 files then downloaded a new batch. Problem persists. Unfortunately, I can't find advice specific to the Ventura OS.

Amen to that Bob!
Sames issues here at Ventura 13.4.1. And some of these MS techs lending an opinion are not giving all of us a straight answer, POSSIBLY BECAUSE THEY'VE NOT SEE THAT VENTURA HAS CHANGED SPOTLIGHT AND THE Main Profile in the sub folder for Outlook under ~/Library
Up above you are correct removing and re-adding the profile same thing, DOES NOT WORK...
I could go on and call some of the other technet techs out, but not worth the trouble.
Worked for me on a MachBook Air 15" M2 and Outlook old version ... Thanks!
Have been searching for a solution since ages!
Hi, yes I did and it worked. Easy and fast, no need to wait an hour. A quick reboot and it was all good again.
