Hello there!
I have Outlook email and Calendar (and I'm not sure what else) through work. I shared my main Outlook Calendar to my personal Google Calendar account by importing the Outlook .ICS URL (found in Outlook.com > Settings > Calendar > Shared Calendars) into GC. All events show up usually, but this past week I haven't seen event changes showing up in GC, even more than 24 hours after the changed event passed. I can't find any way to manually force a sync/update.
What can be done to ensure event changes to my Outlook Calendar show up in my Google Calendar? This is important for me because I have a long-established system of meeting reminders based around my Google Calendar, and whether OC supports that setup or not it would be too much work to redo it all for this 1 calendar.

No it does not need to be executed immediately if you left the default it will execute every 15 minutes. You can change that interval--I changed it to 2 minutes.

I don't mind trying to get things working with Google Scripts, but this freemium tool: OGCS (Outlook Google Calendar Sync) https://www.outlookgooglecalendarsync.com/****seems really good (better than what I have used in the past from Calendly). I might even donate the 10GBP to make sure that the project doesn't die.

Outlook calendar stopped syncing to Google Calendar just a couple of weeks ago without any change from my side.
The solution for me was to append the "#1" after the end of the .ics link in the Google Calendar settings. For instance:

In order for the two calendars to be in sync "now", does the script have to be manually executed on Google Drive immediately before "now"?
