Outlook Calendar changes not showing up in Google Calendar

Hello there!

I have Outlook email and Calendar (and I'm not sure what else) through work. I shared my main Outlook Calendar to my personal Google Calendar account by importing the Outlook .ICS URL (found in Outlook.com > Settings > Calendar > Shared Calendars) into GC. All events show up usually, but this past week I haven't seen event changes showing up in GC, even more than 24 hours after the changed event passed. I can't find any way to manually force a sync/update.

What can be done to ensure event changes to my Outlook Calendar show up in my Google Calendar? This is important for me because I have a long-established system of meeting reminders based around my Google Calendar, and whether OC supports that setup or not it would be too much work to redo it all for this 1 calendar.

Thanks in advance,

Grant

Unbelivable how this script worked. Now, whatever editing I do on my Outlook Calendar in either Office365 or TEAMS, it changes in my Google Calendar as well. This thread saved me. I was getting crazy since I couldn't remember company meetings anymore. I missed at least 2/3 of them.

So far, so good. I hope nothing will break in the meantime. However, it remains bizarre that we have to use a script to constantly recall the .ics file.

Well if you want two-way sync you need to add the Google Calendar to Outlook. Follow the instructions here:

    Add Google Calendar to Outlook

As to your 2nd question the web interface and the desktop version are always in sync--that happens immediately for me. The only reason you need to use the web interface is to get the ICS link. Everything else you can do on the desktop version.
