Outlook Calendar changes not showing up in Google Calendar

Hello there!

I have Outlook email and Calendar (and I'm not sure what else) through work. I shared my main Outlook Calendar to my personal Google Calendar account by importing the Outlook .ICS URL (found in Outlook.com > Settings > Calendar > Shared Calendars) into GC. All events show up usually, but this past week I haven't seen event changes showing up in GC, even more than 24 hours after the changed event passed. I can't find any way to manually force a sync/update.

What can be done to ensure event changes to my Outlook Calendar show up in my Google Calendar? This is important for me because I have a long-established system of meeting reminders based around my Google Calendar, and whether OC supports that setup or not it would be too much work to redo it all for this 1 calendar.

Thanks in advance,

Grant

I've tried running the script about 10 times, but I still don't see a new calendar in my list :(

    Any thoughts?

I am pretty sure it was in my own interface, but I was blocked by the authorization pop-up with no way of getting around it since I had two-factor enabled and "extra security" or whatever...

It has all become too unclear of what scripts where as there have been so many.

    I don't have 2FA enabled

Well, now that I'm at the actual thread page, I do recognize the message I was replying to. Also, make sure to follow the two steps on the download page to get the script into your own Google scripting interface.

This is odd. I don't recognize the original post I replied to that you are referring to. I wonder if I replied to the wrong post? Anyway, the script to use in Google Scripts can be found at:

    https://github.com/derekantrican/GAS-ICS-Sync

The directions in the actual script are fairly easy to follow. All I had to do was add the URL that pointed to my Outlook ICS file.

Since it's been a hot topic recently, I'll add that I DO have 2FA enabled on both my Google and Microsoft accounts.
