Can I permanently increase the font size in the reader pane of Outlook?

The font size is way too small. I can temporarily increase the font size for each email I read or write. I can't find any setting or instructions online to permanently increase the font size.

    Has this been changed? It's an extraordinary problem of accessibility! I struggle to read the text in the preview pane. I know that I can zoom on each individual message, but that is clunky. It's extraordinary to me that I can change the font size of the column headers, the first line or two under the header, but not the important part of the message: the email message itself.

    How am I supposed to see the tiny zoom slider when its too small to see with my eyesight... Hello!!! this doesn't solve any problems. SMH
