The font size is way too small. I can temporarily increase the font size for each email I read or write. I can't find any setting or instructions online to permanently increase the font size.

Thank you for pointing me towards this. I'm using the new Outlook, which gives you different menus, but I noticed that there is a zoom button across the top. I did what you said, left click but on the + button and it increased the front size in the reading pane. Many Thanks
Omg - thank you SO MUCH - I really appreciate this info - it worked PERFECTLY!
It took me a while to realise that I had to left-click where it says 100% in the lower right-hand corner of the window, and this brought up the dialog. Right-clicking or clicking on the line between minus and plus didn't work.
It was an allowable permanent Zoom in 2021 - why take it away?
Kindly fix this. ADA folks may need this option. Thank you.
