Hi Peter Nelson (peter.nelson),

Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. In fact, new outlook for mac does not have contact lists now. So the icon is greyed out. You can get more detailed information from New outlook for mac.

Microsoft is updating their products based on customers' need, believe this feature will be available soon. Please be patient to wait for some time. If you want to use this feature now, you can change back to the old outlook as the document said at any time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

Best Regards,

Katherine

I have the same version and it is not there.

Computer folders are showing but contact lists are not shown.

I can't explain why it works for me but not for you.

When I click the icon on the left that looks like two people, the screen shows Contacts and Contact Lists. Both are populated.

When I click the icon on the left that looks like an envelope, the screen shows my email. I click on the New Mail icon at the top left. In the "To" field, I begin typing the name of one of my contact lists. The field autofills the full name of that group. If I expand that name, I see the names of each person in the contact list.
