Contact list grayed out in Outlook for Mac

Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. In fact, new outlook for mac does not have contact lists now. So the icon is greyed out. You can get more detailed information from New outlook for mac.

Microsoft is updating their products based on customers' need, believe this feature will be available soon. Please be patient to wait for some time. If you want to use this feature now, you can change back to the old outlook as the document said at any time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.

You commented in March 2022 that it is coming soon. It is now November 2023 - and soon will be 2 years.

It is absolutely ridiculous that Microsoft STILL have not fixed this, and that you have not bothered to reply further here. Absolutely terrible customer service from Microsoft as always. Shame on you

the will be the list of contacts coming to the version for Mac?!

I've been being patient for a year and a half since this post and still the contact list is greyed out.

I think the response over the last 2+ years - That would be a NO! In addition, the "rules" tool has also been unuseable and probably will not be turned on either. Face it Mac users have no input on any of this.
