Contact list grayed out in Outlook for Mac

Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. In fact, new outlook for mac does not have contact lists now. So the icon is greyed out. You can get more detailed information from New outlook for mac.

Microsoft is updating their products based on customers' need, believe this feature will be available soon. Please be patient to wait for some time. If you want to use this feature now, you can change back to the old outlook as the document said at any time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.

Seriously wait for some time. It's been 2 years! I do not have the capability to revert to an old version of Outlook.Please we're just asking for what we had!

You last responded over a year ago. Hundreds of Outlook for Mac customers have written to complain about the missing Contact List feature in New Outlook. Please respond confirming that Microsoft has heard the voice of its customers and letting us know when corrective action will be taken.

Perhaps we could try her LinkedIn profile, maybe we will get a response from there? She’s very active in the Microsoft Community Forum with her most recent response being only a couple of hours ago…. Just not to us.
