Contact list grayed out in Outlook for Mac

its been a year and this **** still hasn't happened. So annoying.

Hi All,

We are now in Semptember 2023 and Group Contacts are still not available.

This is pretty disappointing that such a basic functionality is not available.

18 months later... and still no Contact List functionality. Surprisingly, its a simple feature which existed in previous versions, but not the latest, and yet still under development??

This forum is clearly not the place to communicate our frustration. This has not been addressed in over a year; nor has there been any response to any of our comments. Does anyone have a better number, email address, website, or forum where we can all lodge our complaints more effectively? I propose we all send messages collectively, ad nauseum, to anyone working for Microsoft, until someone finally responds. Better yet, let's create a contact list google spreadsheet with all of their email addresses so we can copy/paste them into our outgoing mail every time we want to send a message.

Katherine, if you are reading this...our time is in fact precious. We want contact lists...that's it. Creating spreadsheets with contact lists that I can copy/paste into emails is a rather dumb use of my "precious time." My tombstone will read: Life mostly well lived - except the time wasted due to Microsoft nonsense.

Microsoft, if your bot is reading this - do better. For the love of all that is holy. Give us contact lists or give us our old Outlook back.

Microsoft is updating their products based on customers' need, believe this feature will be available soon. Please be patient to wait for some time. If you want to use this feature now, you can change back to the old outlook as the document said at any time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.
