Contact list grayed out in Outlook for Mac

Katherine, the problem is still not fixed, well over a year since your original response. One should not have to revert to a previous version in order to restore functionality. Instead, Microsoft should not roll out forced updates without ensuring first that functionality is retained. I am sure that the community would appreciate it if you could use your influence as an advocate to elevate this longstanding problem with the Microsoft Office development team.

FYI, we're now half way into 2023 and the option is still not available...

Any information about this? This is a necessary piece of equipment in an email client for any business.

Has this feature been added yet? I am seeing the same option greyed out and see this response advises that it will be added later in 2022.
