Contact list grayed out in Outlook for Mac

It's been over a year since you made the comment 'believe this feature will be available soon'...

Come on, this is a basic feature of a mail app. I won't be changing to the new version until this is implemented.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. In fact, new outlook for mac does not have contact lists now. So the icon is greyed out. You can get more detailed information from New outlook for mac.

Microsoft is updating their products based on customers' need, believe this feature will be available soon. Please be patient to wait for some time. If you want to use this feature now, you can change back to the old outlook as the document said at any time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.

It's been a year. When will this feature be rolled out?

This reply was posted in March 2022, and it said that the Contact List feature will be available later in that same year. We are now in May 2023. What is happening with the development of this feature?

I look forward to MS developing the "Contact List" feature. That is a standard, I would think. Thank you!
