Contact list grayed out in Outlook for Mac

Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. In fact, new outlook for mac does not have contact lists now. So the icon is greyed out. You can get more detailed information from New outlook for mac.

Microsoft is updating their products based on customers' need, believe this feature will be available soon. Please be patient to wait for some time. If you want to use this feature now, you can change back to the old outlook as the document said at any time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.

So is any filtering of incoming emails. This is all designed to move everyone over to 365 subscriptions. There have been zip apparent changes to Outlook since the latest major release.

When will I be able to use the Contact List regarding Outlook for Mac? The above message was a year ago and I would think there would be some news with this.. I have the latest version of Outlook: 16.75.2 and Contact List feature is still greyed.

I am of the opinion that MS does not even bother to read all these complaints or suggestions. We get no feedback directly from them.

You are quite right, this is embarrasing - yet they don't give...
