I think your update says a refresh of page on solve the problem for foxfire and chrome. I am still having the problem with Edge.
Agreed. This is a web application that works in a browser. The OS almost definitely does not play a role. Browsers could be an issue, but this is likely just a screw up of accidentally hiding or moving something they shouldn't have.
From my experience don't think this is Windows OS related as I am using an old Windows 7 PC (which of course is not now receiving any Updates) with Chrome Bowser and the same Issues are also present on an Android tablet using either the Mobile Version of Chrome and the OEM Samsung Mobile Browser.
