Didn't work for me either.

Hi everyone - has anyone had issues with sending emails using Outlook 365 for Macs? Especially a red error box that appears at the bottom (attached) and says "Message failed to send Open" The email is then stuck in drafts with the option to continue editing but it is simply frozen in drafts and the only way is to delete and try again. Alternatively, you can go to the webmail version of outlook, find the drafts folder and send from there. This has been happening on/off for several weeks now, no pattern, just happens occasionally.
This version of Outlook 365 is absolutely **** with so many issues

@wes Wilson1 - me too. I'm done. Thinking of moving back to apple mail app - never had any issues with that one. Ideally I would move our entire company away from Microsoft & over to Google, but that's the long game. I'm so over MS messing with my mail in Outlook for Mac. And obviously they don't even care - took them over a year to fix the attachment issue.
I am finding Microsoft Outlook for Mac absolutely ****! So sick of the niggling problems. I am also having the red failed to send errors come up about 30% of the time. I am using the legacy version due to the stupid attachment issue and I want to cancel my 365 subscription once and for all but we need it for work processing! Anyone got a better system to use for Macs??
Same here.
i have same issue with new version, its frustrating and no clue emails are stuck in outbox until we notice, due to this some important communications are missing. please provide the fix!
