How Can I Import a Calendar in the New Outlook for Windows (Business)?

I need to share a calendar over Outlook with a lot of individuals. In the old Outlook, you used to be able to import the calendar.

Now, there is an error message and it won't let you import a calendar, as shown below:

Some individuals might have the old Outlook, some might have the new version, but it is not reasonable to request that everyone switch back to the old version of Outlook just to download a calendar.

Is there a new way to import calendars in the new Outlook for Windows (Business)? We have Microsoft 365, FYI.

New Outlook does not have a File tab. If you want to import a calendar ics file, do it from the calendar module.

    Just as bad a Comcast/xfinity making me change my password, then could not access my Outlook emails today. Had to delete and reinstall Outlook on laptap and phone. Fun never ends with these two corporations.
