How Can I Import a Calendar in the New Outlook for Windows (Business)?

I need to share a calendar over Outlook with a lot of individuals. In the old Outlook, you used to be able to import the calendar.

Now, there is an error message and it won't let you import a calendar, as shown below:

Some individuals might have the old Outlook, some might have the new version, but it is not reasonable to request that everyone switch back to the old version of Outlook just to download a calendar.

Is there a new way to import calendars in the new Outlook for Windows (Business)? We have Microsoft 365, FYI.

New Outlook does not have a File tab. If you want to import a calendar ics file, do it from the calendar module.

    What type of email account? If you aren't using an outlook.com / Microsoft business account (and have it set as primary in new outlook), you won't have all the options in my screenshot.

    There is no choice for "Upload from File" after clicking on Add calendar.

    I have a personal 365 account. It's not a business account.

    Are you using an outlook.com address or an IMAP account? At this time, only outlook.com and Microsoft 365 business have the option to upload a calendar. Please use Help > Feedback to request this capability. (I reported it but it helps if all affected users also request it.)
