How Can I Import a Calendar in the New Outlook for Windows (Business)?

I need to share a calendar over Outlook with a lot of individuals. In the old Outlook, you used to be able to import the calendar.

Now, there is an error message and it won't let you import a calendar, as shown below:

Some individuals might have the old Outlook, some might have the new version, but it is not reasonable to request that everyone switch back to the old version of Outlook just to download a calendar.

Is there a new way to import calendars in the new Outlook for Windows (Business)? We have Microsoft 365, FYI.

New Outlook does not have a File tab. If you want to import a calendar ics file, do it from the calendar module.

    I did just that. Some of the features were great but it was really bad at most. I went back to the "classic" outlook. I just wish it would sync calendars between devices.

    Agree. I can't believe it's 2025 and I must work off my old desktop pc just to use an email calendar. Incredible.

    It's only available for outlook.com or business exchange accounts, not IMAP accounts.
