My Outlook (O365) and many others is constantly freezing. We are in online mode due to accessing shared mailboxes.

This issue started occurring after Microsoft released a big update on 10 November 2022. The message appears below everytime Outlook freezes. We can't be in cached mode as it causes issue with shared mailboxes. How do I fix this issue? thanks Lia

    HI Steve

Curious what is your exchange envirnonment? - we have a hybrid setup - just using out onprem servers for SMTP relay and all our mailboxes are online exchange.

Agreed thanks for replying. This issue is giving our environment great stress in our busiest period our staff cannot work efficiently. I have spent almost 2 weeks updating our environment to latest version, testing resources on virtual machines, creating new machines, questioning AV design, testing mailboxes, removing shared mailboxes. Major HEADACHE! I logged a ticket and technician believes it is our virtual environment however has been running with same image for months with no issue.
