I have recently switched to the New Outlook format and I'm trying to reestablish a 3 min delay on all emails I send.

The Rules tab does not allow for the same settings to be establish as available in classic format.

Is there a way to establish a delay in the new app?

Please implement the delay delivery feature as soon as possible.

Come on Microsoft. These are basic features used by countless users. Why persist in releasing 'updated applications'' which are actually downgrades?

    This is a key request!

Has it been implemented this past year?

Thank you so much for this information! 10 seconds is really all I personally need as I often accidentally push send with my hand as I type the message on my phone.

    Have a nice day!

I am not able to add custom "apps" or Add-ins" to either my OWA or New Outlook for Windows. The option is not there on the ribbon, and I can't seem to have the option to add it. This link has a suggestion:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-add-ins-in-outlook-1ee261f9-49bf-4ba6-b3e2-2ba7bcab64c8, but that doesn't work for me either, navigating to https://aka.ms/olksideload simply sends me to my inbox, no Add-Ins for Outlook dialog...
