I have recently switched to the New Outlook format and I'm trying to reestablish a 3 min delay on all emails I send.
The Rules tab does not allow for the same settings to be establish as available in classic format.
Is there a way to establish a delay in the new app?

Ok, so it's been about a year and a half since this post... and it STILL hasn't been implemented.
The organization I work for has requested that employees migrate to the New Outlook and this function has been critical in some cases where omitted attachments or typographical errors were spotted and not corrected.
Could we get a timeframe on this?

I agree with providing this ability in the new outlook. I will have to switch back to the old outlook for now. After the habit of many many years having a delay it was a rude awakening today to see this rule did not carry over with my profile in the new outlook. I went to edit an email and it was already sent!
